simple life

Just wondering if you know why some people have to make things so complicated...when they really do not have to be. Let me know when you figure it out.  If it were up to me, everything would be simple, easy, NOT stressful, go with the flow.  Good thing there is just about a song for every mood.  Music is a good stress reliever.  So is exercise if I can get myself to the gym.  I need a partner! So I can fit in my wedding dress! I'm beginning to really like "The Band Perry."  Check out their song All your life.  I like it, it reminds me of what really matters the most to me and it's just a good song. I also like "God gave me you" by Blake Shelton.  AmAzInG <3

The colors above are my wedding colors... now if it was not a winter wedding, I would have DEF notched it up to more like this! YES MAM! Elizabeth likes everything BRIGHT! NO DULL for me THANKS! BRIGHT AND SIMPLE! Thats how I like it. Bright=less boring, simple=less complicated! YES! I guess not everyone gets dealt that personality. OHHHH WELLL..life goes on!

I haven't blogged in ages..

SO.. I made this blog, thinking I would you know.. blog... well... obviously not...

Major points

1. 141 days until I am Mrs. James Matthew Grantham :)

2.  I begin my first year as a teacher on  Monday! OMGEE!

We are still looking for a house. Hopefully we will find one soon! I hope I can wait 141 days! It seems so close yet so far away! Everything is reserved pretty much..DJ and Hair appointments 2 months before...Still need to pick flowers and a cake. I have the grooms cake. hopefully. My dress should come in September, so i need to start working out more!! Hopefully I willl fit in 30 minutes every other day with work and doing my masters. Well this might be my last blog for a while haha..I am getting distracted.  Would like to say that I have the most adorable niece and nephew!

It's My Birthday today! Am I excited to be 23...not really!! But that is alright cause it's only a number! I still look 16! Maybe this will come in handy when I am "old."

Turkey Day

It's Turkey Day... I really don't eat turkey haha...except the deli sliced.  Thanksgiving isn't about the what we eat, but who we eat with.  I am so thankful for my mom and dad.  I couldn't ask for better parents. I am thankful for my wonderful, divine Grandmother. I am thankful that my sister Emily and her hub Jason are here. We had a wonderful shopping day. (Jamison got a lot of exercise) I am thankful for Ellen, Brandon and Makayla who aren't here but will be for a week during Christmas. (SO EXCITED). I am thankful for Matthew.  In the words of Carrie Underwood, "He is good, so good...He treats your little girl like a real man should!" I am thankful for his family too.  They are very kind people. I'm thankful for my little cousin (who looks older than me..) Rachel. She is like a best friend. I am thankful for my Aunt Ann, Aunt Martha, and Aunt Beth! We know how to have fun! I'm thankful for all my family. I'm thankful for my puppy Maverick, and his Sister Samantha Jean, and her real sister Tilla. Even little terd 1 (Chance) and terd 2 (Shawdow) haha Jussssttt kidding....... :) I'm thankful I have a job, certification, food, shelter, transportation, legs, fingers to type this with, hair to comb, clothes to wear, water to drink.  I'm thankful for land to run and play on. I'm thankful for God's unconditional love. I have so much to be thankful for each and every day.
